The anniversary is Friday. The piece is in your case. The search sent them to a website.

Independent jewelers hold inventory the online sellers can't photograph their way around: the piece in the case, sized, ready to walk out with today. Zachcart publishes your real, in-stock pieces to Google Search and Maps and to AI answers, synced from the system you already run — so the shopper with a deadline finds the store that has it, not the one with the longest shipping promise.

Jewelry is see-it-today retail.

The search is "tennis bracelet near me," "men's wedding band size 10 in stock," "watch battery replacement open now." The shopper wants to see it, try it and leave with it, and they'll go to whichever store the phone says has it. Online jewelers publish a feed; most independent jewelers run a system built for appraisals, repairs and serialized stock that has never told Google what's in the case. Search a piece you always have plus "near me." If the mall chain and the websites show up and you don't, that's the dark shelf.

What this mix means for your store

Seven of the 17 systems are cloud and three are hybrid; six don't publish how they run, which in jewelry usually means a long-installed system on a back-office machine. Not one appears on Google's free local inventory list and none reports a delivery connector — jewelry was never going to be a delivery-app category, and nobody built the Google side either. What the systems do well is exactly what makes a jewelry feed good once it exists: serialized, one-of-a-kind stock with a photo, a metal, a stone and a price already attached. The jeweler's inventory is more structured than most retail; it has simply never left the building. Any of the 17 connects by request, and repairs, appraisals and memo stock are never touched.

If your register tracks a sale, we can put it online

Jewel360, Bravo and the cloud systems connect by API. The Edge, Diaspark and the server-based systems connect by remote connector, reading the inventory the store already keeps. Serialized pieces publish as single units; memo, repair and appraisal records stay where they are.

POS integrationsHow local inventory works
Connecting a POS during setup

Four outcomes. One connection.

01

Your in-stock pieces on Google Search and Maps when someone nearby searches the style, the metal or the size.

02

Product pages under your store's name with your photos and prices — no website project.

03

Your case as an answer AI assistants can cite when someone asks "who has a [piece] in stock near me today."

04

No dark orders: a one-of-a-kind piece sells and it's off the feed within a minute.

For brands and buying groups

Sell through hundreds of independent jewelers? One agreement puts every stockist's case in the answer — and gives your reps a consented, live view of what's actually in stock.

It works better than in most retail. Each serialized piece publishes as a single unit with its own photo and price, and it disappears the minute it sells.
