Does SortSwift connect to Google local inventory and delivery apps?

Yes, by request. SortSwift is not in Zachcart's live directory yet, but if it can track a sale we can connect it. We build new integrations in days, not quarters, using the API pathway. Request it and we review your install; once connected, your items, counts and prices publish to Google Search, Maps and Shopping and to the checkout channels Zachcart enables. Connecting is free; Zachcart takes 2% on orders it brings you.

What SortSwift is

SortSwift is a point-of-sale system used in toys and hobby retail. It is a cloud system, aimed at very small to mid-sized retailers. The company reports 2,000+ users (not stores): a company-reported figure, so read it as a signal of scale rather than an audited base.

How the integration works

SortSwift is a cloud system, so it uses Zachcart's API pathway. Nothing is installed in the store.

  1. 01
    Authorize.

You grant Zachcart access to your SortSwift account; it takes minutes and your vendor is not required.

  2. 02
    Catalog read.

Zachcart reads items, quantities and prices through the vendor's interface and maps your departments to the channels you choose.

  3. 03
    Live sync.

Changes at the register flow to your online listings continuously, so a shopper never drives to an empty shelf.

What a SortSwift store gets

Near-me, in-stock visibility.

When someone searches a product you stock plus "near me", your store appears with "in stock" — the signal the chains already show.

Store-branded product pages.

Every item gets a page under your store name, not a marketplace's.

Google retailer insights.

Which products people search for in your area and whether you carry them.

Order-ready pickup and delivery.

The same inventory feed powers the checkout channels Zachcart enables, so an order is placed against live counts, not a copy of last week's menu.

Hobby, games, music & crafts: what decides the integration

Hobby, game and music shops cluster on a few vertical systems: CrystalCommerce (700+ game and hobby retailers), BinderPOS (TCGplayer-owned), Rain POS for music, sewing and crafts, and AIM by Tri-Tech for music stores. TCGplayer, not a delivery app, is the channel that drives integrations in games. Since ComicSuite was discontinued in July 2025, comic shops have been moving to RMH or to Lightspeed and Shopify with Manage Comics on top. Rain and AIM by Tri-Tech are on Google's free Local Inventory list; none of these systems has a delivery connector.

What we touch, and what we don't

  • ✓We read items, counts and prices.
  • ✓We leave pricing logic, loyalty, supplier programs and counter workflow exactly as they are.
  • ✓Your reseller or vendor does not need to be involved, though we will work with them if you prefer.

SortSwift questions, straight answers

No. SortSwift is a cloud system; the connection runs through the vendor's interface, so nothing is installed in the store and your vendor does not need to be involved.
