Being found is free. Google, the assistants, your own storefront, anywhere your shelf gets read: no charge, ever, for any number of products or locations.
You pay only when a new channel sells for you. When we turn on a delivery app for your store and an order comes through it, we take 2% of that order. Two cents on the dollar, taken from the order. No order, no fee.
Walk-ins and pickups are never charged. A sale at your own counter, or an order from your own storefront, is yours.
Distributors pay for the network view. $29 per location per month gives a distributor live inventory visibility across the stores it serves, with each store's consent. The stores themselves still get everything in the free plan. If your distributor brought you in, we tell you plainly what's covered before anything is connected.
