Does Trident 1 connect to Google local inventory and delivery apps?
Yes, by request. Trident 1 is not in Zachcart's live directory yet, but if it can track a sale we can connect it. We build new integrations in days, not quarters, using the API pathway. Request it and we review your install; once connected, your items, counts and prices publish to Google Search, Maps and Shopping and to the checkout channels Zachcart enables. Connecting is free; Zachcart takes 2% on orders it brings you.
What Trident 1 is
Trident 1 is a point-of-sale system used in firearms, sporting goods retail. It is a cloud system, aimed at small and mid-sized, mid-market retailers.
How the integration works
Trident 1 is a cloud system, so it uses Zachcart's API pathway. Nothing is installed in the store.
- 01Authorize.
You grant Zachcart access to your Trident 1 account; it takes minutes and your vendor is not required.
- 02Catalog read.
Zachcart reads items, quantities and prices through the vendor's interface and maps your departments to the channels you choose.
- 03Live sync.
Changes at the register flow to your online listings continuously, so a shopper never drives to an empty shelf.
What a Trident 1 store gets
When someone searches a product you stock plus "near me", your store appears with "in stock" — the signal the chains already show.
Every item gets a page under your store name, not a marketplace's.
Which products people search for in your area and whether you carry them.
The same inventory feed powers the checkout channels Zachcart enables, so an order is placed against live counts, not a copy of last week's menu.
Firearms & ranges: what decides the integration
Firearms retail is shaped by the bound book: FastBound integrations and ATF compliance decide the POS more than retail features do. Gearfire AXIS (2,000+ clients across all Gearfire products), Orchid POS, AIM POS, CloudFFL, coreSTORE, MicroBiz GunBiz, POS-BRO and ARMS serve FFL dealers and ranges. No firearms POS is on Google's free Local Inventory list or has a delivery connector. Channel policies on Google Shopping and the delivery apps restrict firearm and ammunition listings, so what a store can publish is set by each channel's policy and is confirmed at the technical intro; accessories, apparel and in-store pickup visibility are the usual starting point.
What we touch, and what we don't
- ✓We read items, counts and prices.
- ✓We leave pricing logic, loyalty, supplier programs and counter workflow exactly as they are.
- ✓Your reseller or vendor does not need to be involved, though we will work with them if you prefer.
