Does BigBangPOS connect to Google local inventory and delivery apps?
Yes, by request. BigBangPOS is not in Zachcart's live directory yet, but if it can track a sale we can connect it. We build new integrations in days, not quarters, using the API or Remote Connector (confirmed at technical intro) pathway. Request it and we review your install; once connected, your items, counts and prices publish to Google Search, Maps and Shopping and to the checkout channels Zachcart enables. Connecting is free; Zachcart takes 2% on orders it brings you.
What BigBangPOS is
BigBangPOS is a point-of-sale system used in pet, other retail. It is a system whose deployment we confirm with you. Note: it is a reseller of Retail Management Hero, not its own POS; the integration is the underlying platform's.
How the integration works
BigBangPOS is deployed in more than one way, so the pathway depends on your install: cloud installs connect by API, Windows or server installs through the Remote Connector. We confirm which in a short technical intro.
- 01Technical intro.
A 20-minute call to confirm how your system is deployed and which departments you want online.
- 02Connect.
API authorization for a cloud install, or a remotely installed connector for a server install. Either way, no site visit and nothing changes at the counter.
- 03Live sync.
Changes at the register flow to your online listings continuously, so a shopper never drives to an empty shelf.
What a BigBangPOS store gets
When someone searches a product you stock plus "near me", your store appears with "in stock" — the signal the chains already show.
Every item gets a page under your store name, not a marketplace's.
Which products people search for in your area and whether you carry them.
The same inventory feed powers the checkout channels Zachcart enables, so an order is placed against live counts, not a copy of last week's menu.
Pet retail: what decides the integration
Pet retail is fragmented. eTailPet (500+ stores across the US and Canada, at most about 3% of pet stores) is the only pet POS on Google's free Local Inventory list; Celerant is endorsed by IndiePet, Pinogy runs Phillips Pet e-invoicing, and PetStack, Franpos, Rundoo and generalist systems take the rest. Supplier programs, not consumer channels, drive integrations here: Astro Loyalty's 13-POS list is the de facto standard a pet POS has to be on. No pet POS has a confirmed native DoorDash, Uber Eats or Instacart connector, which makes pet one of the clearest gaps Zachcart closes: the big chains show in-stock online and the independent does not.
What we touch, and what we don't
- ✓We read items, counts and prices.
- ✓We leave pricing logic, loyalty, supplier programs and counter workflow exactly as they are.
- ✓Your reseller or vendor does not need to be involved, though we will work with them if you prefer.
