BY REQUESTREMOTE CONNECTOR

Does Store Manager ES connect to Google local inventory and delivery apps?

Yes, by request. Store Manager ES is not in Zachcart's live directory yet, but if it can track a sale we can connect it. We build new integrations in days, not quarters, using the Remote Connector pathway. Request it and we review your install; once connected, your items, counts and prices publish to Google Search, Maps and Shopping and to the checkout channels Zachcart enables. Connecting is free; Zachcart takes 2% on orders it brings you.

What Store Manager ES is

Store Manager ES is a point-of-sale system used in garden and farm retail, sold by Cultura Technologies (. It is an on-premises, server-based system, aimed at small and mid-sized, mid-market retailers.

How the integration works

Store Manager ES is an on-premises, server-based system, so it uses Zachcart's Remote Connector pathway, the same one that reaches legacy systems no API touches.

  1. 01
    Remote install.

We install a lightweight connector on your Store Manager ES server in a scheduled session. No site visit.

  2. 02
    Database read.

The connector reads items, quantities and prices from Store Manager ES. It does not write back.

  3. 03
    Live sync.

Changes at the register flow to your online listings continuously, so a shopper never drives to an empty shelf.

What a Store Manager ES store gets

Near-me, in-stock visibility.

When someone searches a product you stock plus "near me", your store appears with "in stock" — the signal the chains already show.

Store-branded product pages.

Every item gets a page under your store name, not a marketplace's.

Google retailer insights.

Which products people search for in your area and whether you carry them.

Order-ready pickup and delivery.

The same inventory feed powers the checkout channels Zachcart enables, so an order is placed against live counts, not a copy of last week's menu.

Garden, farm & pool: what decides the integration

Garden centers mostly run generalist POS (28% of independents had no POS at all before COVID), and the garden-specific integrations are plant databases and tag printing rather than channels. Farm and ag retail runs Agvance (3,800+ locations, company-reported), AgVantage, Merchant Ag and Store Manager ES. Pool and spa stores pick POS by water-testing integration: LOU by Evosus (a BioGuard ALEX partner) and RB Pool & Spa POS lead, with POOLCORP's Pool360 pulling integration toward the distributor, and the QuickBooks POS sunset in October 2023 set off a replacement cycle. None of these systems is on Google's free Local Inventory list or has a native delivery connector, so a shopper searching for a plant, a part or a chemical cannot see which store has it.

What we touch, and what we don't

  • ✓We read items, counts and prices.
  • ✓We leave pricing logic, loyalty, supplier programs and counter workflow exactly as they are.
  • ✓Your reseller or vendor does not need to be involved, though we will work with them if you prefer.
