Does Merchant Magic POS connect to Google local inventory and delivery apps?
Yes, by request. Merchant Magic POS is not in Zachcart's live directory yet, but if it can track a sale we can connect it. We build new integrations in days, not quarters, using the Remote Connector pathway. Request it and we review your install; once connected, your items, counts and prices publish to Google Search, Maps and Shopping and to the checkout channels Zachcart enables. Connecting is free; Zachcart takes 2% on orders it brings you.
What Merchant Magic POS is
Merchant Magic POS is a point-of-sale system used in firearms, sporting goods retail, sold by Cervelle Software Inc. (private; Winter Park, FL). It is an on-premises, server-based system, aimed at very small to mid-sized retailers. The company reports 100's of users (unquantified): a company-reported figure and not necessarily current (it counts users or customers rather than store locations), so read it as a signal of scale rather than an audited base.
How the integration works
Merchant Magic POS is an on-premises, server-based system, so it uses Zachcart's Remote Connector pathway, the same one that reaches legacy systems no API touches.
- 01Remote install.
We install a lightweight connector on your Merchant Magic POS server in a scheduled session. No site visit.
- 02Database read.
The connector reads items, quantities and prices from Merchant Magic POS. It does not write back.
- 03Live sync.
Changes at the register flow to your online listings continuously, so a shopper never drives to an empty shelf.
What a Merchant Magic POS store gets
When someone searches a product you stock plus "near me", your store appears with "in stock" — the signal the chains already show.
Every item gets a page under your store name, not a marketplace's.
Which products people search for in your area and whether you carry them.
The same inventory feed powers the checkout channels Zachcart enables, so an order is placed against live counts, not a copy of last week's menu.
Firearms & ranges: what decides the integration
Firearms retail is shaped by the bound book: FastBound integrations and ATF compliance decide the POS more than retail features do. Gearfire AXIS (2,000+ clients across all Gearfire products), Orchid POS, AIM POS, CloudFFL, coreSTORE, MicroBiz GunBiz, POS-BRO and ARMS serve FFL dealers and ranges. No firearms POS is on Google's free Local Inventory list or has a delivery connector. Channel policies on Google Shopping and the delivery apps restrict firearm and ammunition listings, so what a store can publish is set by each channel's policy and is confirmed at the technical intro; accessories, apparel and in-store pickup visibility are the usual starting point.
What we touch, and what we don't
- ✓We read items, counts and prices.
- ✓We leave pricing logic, loyalty, supplier programs and counter workflow exactly as they are.
- ✓Your reseller or vendor does not need to be involved, though we will work with them if you prefer.
