BY REQUESTREMOTE CONNECTOR

Does Retail Pro connect to Google local inventory and delivery apps?

Yes, by request. Retail Pro is not in Zachcart's live directory yet, but if it can track a sale we can connect it. We build new integrations in days, not quarters, using the Remote Connector pathway. Request it and we review your install; once connected, your items, counts and prices publish to Google Search, Maps and Shopping and to the checkout channels Zachcart enables. Connecting is free; Zachcart takes 2% on orders it brings you.

What Retail Pro is

Retail Pro is a point-of-sale system used in apparel, specialty retail. It is a hybrid system with on-site components, aimed at mid-market retailers.

How the integration works

Retail Pro is a hybrid system with on-site components, so it uses Zachcart's Remote Connector pathway, the same one that reaches legacy systems no API touches.

  1. 01
    Remote install.

We install a lightweight connector on your Retail Pro server in a scheduled session. No site visit.

  2. 02
    Database read.

The connector reads items, quantities and prices from Retail Pro. It does not write back.

  3. 03
    Live sync.

Changes at the register flow to your online listings continuously, so a shopper never drives to an empty shelf.

What a Retail Pro store gets

Near-me, in-stock visibility.

When someone searches a product you stock plus "near me", your store appears with "in stock" — the signal the chains already show.

Store-branded product pages.

Every item gets a page under your store name, not a marketplace's.

Google retailer insights.

Which products people search for in your area and whether you carry them.

Order-ready pickup and delivery.

The same inventory feed powers the checkout channels Zachcart enables, so an order is placed against live counts, not a copy of last week's menu.

Apparel & footwear: what decides the integration

Apparel and footwear run enterprise systems at chains (Oracle Xstore, Aptos, NCR, Teamwork, Jesta, KWI, NewStore) and a fragmented small-business layer (Retail Pro with 54,000 stores globally, Celerant, Lightspeed, Shopify POS, Square, RICS, Runit, Visual Retail Plus). No public share data exists. Square and Lightspeed are on Google's free Local Inventory list, and no retail-catalog delivery connector is confirmed for any apparel POS. Size-and-color matrices are the technical detail that decides whether an apparel integration is useful.

What we touch, and what we don't

  • ✓We read items, counts and prices.
  • ✓We leave pricing logic, loyalty, supplier programs and counter workflow exactly as they are.
  • ✓Your reseller or vendor does not need to be involved, though we will work with them if you prefer.

Retail Pro questions, straight answers

No. A lightweight connector is installed on your Retail Pro server in a scheduled remote session. It reads the database and does not write back; counter workflow is unchanged.
