Does Provet Cloud connect to Google local inventory and delivery apps?

Yes, by request. Provet Cloud is not in Zachcart's live directory yet, but if it can track a sale we can connect it. We build new integrations in days, not quarters, using the API pathway. Request it and we review your install; once connected, your items, counts and prices publish to Google Search, Maps and Shopping and to the checkout channels Zachcart enables. Connecting is free; Zachcart takes 2% on orders it brings you.

What Provet Cloud is

Provet Cloud is a point-of-sale system used in veterinary retail, sold by Nordhealth Oy (Oslo Euronext Growth: NORDH). It is a cloud system, aimed at mid-market, enterprise retailers. The company reports ~150 US clinics: a company-reported figure that has not been independently verified, not a US-only count, so read it as a signal of scale rather than an audited base.

How the integration works

Provet Cloud is a cloud system, so it uses Zachcart's API pathway. Nothing is installed in the store.

  1. 01
    Authorize.

You grant Zachcart access to your Provet Cloud account; it takes minutes and your vendor is not required.

  2. 02
    Catalog read.

Zachcart reads items, quantities and prices through the vendor's interface and maps your departments to the channels you choose.

  3. 03
    Live sync.

Changes at the register flow to your online listings continuously, so a shopper never drives to an empty shelf.

What a Provet Cloud store gets

Near-me, in-stock visibility.

When someone searches a product you stock plus "near me", your store appears with "in stock" — the signal the chains already show.

Store-branded product pages.

Every item gets a page under your store name, not a marketplace's.

Google retailer insights.

Which products people search for in your area and whether you carry them.

Order-ready pickup and delivery.

The same inventory feed powers the checkout channels Zachcart enables, so an order is placed against live counts, not a copy of last week's menu.

Veterinary & grooming: what decides the integration

Veterinary and grooming "POS" is a module inside practice or appointment software: Covetrus (AVImark, ImproMed, Pulse), IDEXX, ezyVet (7,000+ practices globally), DaySmart Pet (5,000+ groomers), Gingr, MoeGo and others, with large customer counts but small retail catalogs of food, parasiticides and supplies. None is on Google's free Local Inventory list or has a delivery connector. Zachcart reads the retail catalog only; appointments and medical records are never read.

What we touch, and what we don't

  • ✓We read items, counts and prices.
  • ✓We leave pricing logic, loyalty, supplier programs and counter workflow exactly as they are.
  • ✓Your reseller or vendor does not need to be involved, though we will work with them if you prefer.

Provet Cloud questions, straight answers

No. Provet Cloud is a cloud system; the connection runs through the vendor's interface, so nothing is installed in the store and your vendor does not need to be involved.
