BY REQUESTREMOTE CONNECTOR

Does Covetrus ImproMed connect to Google local inventory and delivery apps?

Yes, by request. Covetrus ImproMed is not in Zachcart's live directory yet, but if it can track a sale we can connect it. We build new integrations in days, not quarters, using the Remote Connector pathway. Request it and we review your install; once connected, your items, counts and prices publish to Google Search, Maps and Shopping and to the checkout channels Zachcart enables. Connecting is free; Zachcart takes 2% on orders it brings you.

What Covetrus ImproMed is

Covetrus ImproMed is a point-of-sale system used in veterinary retail, sold by Covetrus (private). It is an on-premises, server-based system, aimed at small and mid-sized, mid-market retailers.

How the integration works

Covetrus ImproMed is an on-premises, server-based system, so it uses Zachcart's Remote Connector pathway, the same one that reaches legacy systems no API touches.

  1. 01
    Remote install.

We install a lightweight connector on your Covetrus ImproMed server in a scheduled session. No site visit.

  2. 02
    Database read.

The connector reads items, quantities and prices from Covetrus ImproMed. It does not write back.

  3. 03
    Live sync.

Changes at the register flow to your online listings continuously, so a shopper never drives to an empty shelf.

What a Covetrus ImproMed store gets

Near-me, in-stock visibility.

When someone searches a product you stock plus "near me", your store appears with "in stock" — the signal the chains already show.

Store-branded product pages.

Every item gets a page under your store name, not a marketplace's.

Google retailer insights.

Which products people search for in your area and whether you carry them.

Order-ready pickup and delivery.

The same inventory feed powers the checkout channels Zachcart enables, so an order is placed against live counts, not a copy of last week's menu.

Veterinary & grooming: what decides the integration

Veterinary and grooming "POS" is a module inside practice or appointment software: Covetrus (AVImark, ImproMed, Pulse), IDEXX, ezyVet (7,000+ practices globally), DaySmart Pet (5,000+ groomers), Gingr, MoeGo and others, with large customer counts but small retail catalogs of food, parasiticides and supplies. None is on Google's free Local Inventory list or has a delivery connector. Zachcart reads the retail catalog only; appointments and medical records are never read.

What we touch, and what we don't

  • ✓We read items, counts and prices.
  • ✓We leave pricing logic, loyalty, supplier programs and counter workflow exactly as they are.
  • ✓Your reseller or vendor does not need to be involved, though we will work with them if you prefer.

Covetrus ImproMed questions, straight answers

No. A lightweight connector is installed on your Covetrus ImproMed server in a scheduled remote session. It reads the database and does not write back; counter workflow is unchanged.
