Does Club Caddie connect to Google local inventory and delivery apps?

Yes, by request. Club Caddie is not in Zachcart's live directory yet, but if it can track a sale we can connect it. We build new integrations in days, not quarters, using the API pathway. Request it and we review your install; once connected, your items, counts and prices publish to Google Search, Maps and Shopping and to the checkout channels Zachcart enables. Connecting is free; Zachcart takes 2% on orders it brings you.

What Club Caddie is

Club Caddie is a point-of-sale system used in sporting goods retail, sold by Jonas Software / Constellation Software; entity Club Caddie Holdings, Inc. (Scottsdale, AZ). It is a cloud system, aimed at small and mid-sized, mid-market retailers. The company reports 2,500+ golf clubs in 20 countries: a company-reported figure, not a US-only count, so read it as a signal of scale rather than an audited base.

How the integration works

Club Caddie is a cloud system, so it uses Zachcart's API pathway. Nothing is installed in the store.

  1. 01
    Authorize.

You grant Zachcart access to your Club Caddie account; it takes minutes and your vendor is not required.

  2. 02
    Catalog read.

Zachcart reads items, quantities and prices through the vendor's interface and maps your departments to the channels you choose.

  3. 03
    Live sync.

Changes at the register flow to your online listings continuously, so a shopper never drives to an empty shelf.

What a Club Caddie store gets

Near-me, in-stock visibility.

When someone searches a product you stock plus "near me", your store appears with "in stock" — the signal the chains already show.

Store-branded product pages.

Every item gets a page under your store name, not a marketplace's.

Google retailer insights.

Which products people search for in your area and whether you carry them.

Order-ready pickup and delivery.

The same inventory feed powers the checkout channels Zachcart enables, so an order is placed against live counts, not a copy of last week's menu.

Sporting goods, bike & outdoor: what decides the integration

Sporting goods, bike and outdoor retail splits between Celerant (endorsed through Nation's Best Sports and NSGA), Lightspeed (6 of 8 bike shops in an October 2026 Bicycle Retailer panel, directional), Ascend (Trek-owned, 2,000+ locations), Workstand (1,300+ independent bike dealers on its platform), Runit in run specialty, Locally.com for brand-to-store inventory, and resort systems such as RTP|One and accesso Siriusware for ski and rental. Lightspeed is the only one on Google's free Local Inventory list, and none has a native delivery connector. For a bike or run shop the searcher is usually looking for a specific model and size, which is exactly what a live count answers.

What we touch, and what we don't

  • ✓We read items, counts and prices.
  • ✓We leave pricing logic, loyalty, supplier programs and counter workflow exactly as they are.
  • ✓Your reseller or vendor does not need to be involved, though we will work with them if you prefer.

Club Caddie questions, straight answers

No. Club Caddie is a cloud system; the connection runs through the vendor's interface, so nothing is installed in the store and your vendor does not need to be involved.
