Does Spirits POS connect to Google local inventory and delivery apps?

Yes, by request. Spirits POS is not in Zachcart's live directory yet, but if it can track a sale we can connect it. We build new integrations in days, not quarters, using the Remote Connector pathway. Request it and we review your install; once connected, your items, counts and prices publish to Google Search, Maps and Shopping and to the checkout channels Zachcart enables. Connecting is free; Zachcart takes 2% on orders it brings you.

What Spirits POS is

Spirits POS is a point-of-sale system used in liquor retail. It is a hybrid system with on-site components, aimed at small and mid-sized retailers. Note: also marketed as Spirit POS / SPIRITS (Atlantic Systems); 1,500+ US stores company-reported per addendum. Spirits POS is on Google's free Local Inventory app list, which covers the Google side on its own; Zachcart adds the checkout channels and store-branded product pages from the same live feed.

How the integration works

Spirits POS is a hybrid system with on-site components, so it uses Zachcart's Remote Connector pathway, the same one that reaches legacy systems no API touches.

  1. 01
    Remote install.

We install a lightweight connector on your Spirits POS server in a scheduled session. No site visit.

  2. 02
    Database read.

The connector reads items, quantities and prices from Spirits POS. It does not write back.

  3. 03
    Live sync.

Changes at the register flow to your online listings continuously, so a shopper never drives to an empty shelf.

What a Spirits POS store gets

Order-ready pickup and delivery.

The same inventory feed powers the checkout channels Zachcart enables, so an order is placed against live counts, not a copy of last week's menu.

Near-me, in-stock visibility.

When someone searches a product you stock plus "near me", your store appears with "in stock" — the signal the chains already show.

Store-branded product pages.

Every item gets a page under your store name, not a marketplace's.

Google retailer insights.

Which products people search for in your area and whether you carry them.

Liquor & wine: what decides the integration

Liquor POS is fragmented across dozens of small-business systems: Bottle POS (3,000+ stores, company-reported), mPower Beverage, Spirits POS, KORONA, WinePOS and the horizontal platforms Square and Clover. No survey gives a share. Google's free Local Inventory app lists Bottle POS, Spirits POS, Clover, RMH and pcAmerica. Delivery reach today mostly runs through middleware: City Hive (about 180 named POS integrations, 4,500+ merchants) and Bottlecapps (100+ POS systems) sit between the register and DoorDash, Uber Eats and Instacart, and mPower reaches DoorDash through City Hive. The POS vendors with a connector of their own are Bottle POS, NRS, Modisoft and POS Nation (via Bottle). What Zachcart changes is the shape of the connection: one feed from the register covers Google local inventory and the checkout channels, using the store's live counts rather than a menu copy that drifts.

What we touch, and what we don't

  • ✓We read items, counts and prices.
  • ✓We leave pricing logic, loyalty, supplier programs and counter workflow exactly as they are.
  • ✓Your reseller or vendor does not need to be involved, though we will work with them if you prefer.

Spirits POS questions, straight answers

No. A lightweight connector is installed on your Spirits POS server in a scheduled remote session. It reads the database and does not write back; counter workflow is unchanged.
