Does PetStack connect to Google local inventory and delivery apps?

Yes, by request. PetStack is not in Zachcart's live directory yet, but if it can track a sale we can connect it. We build new integrations in days, not quarters, using the API pathway. Request it and we review your install; once connected, your items, counts and prices publish to Google Search, Maps and Shopping and to the checkout channels Zachcart enables. Connecting is free; Zachcart takes 2% on orders it brings you.

What PetStack is

PetStack is a point-of-sale system used in pet retail, sold by FieldStack (private). It is a cloud system, aimed at small and mid-sized, mid-market retailers. The company reports 180+ stores across 19 states (FieldStack platform, all verticals): a company-reported figure, so read it as a signal of scale rather than an audited base.

How the integration works

PetStack is a cloud system, so it uses Zachcart's API pathway. Nothing is installed in the store.

  1. 01
    Authorize.

You grant Zachcart access to your PetStack account; it takes minutes and your vendor is not required.

  2. 02
    Catalog read.

Zachcart reads items, quantities and prices through the vendor's interface and maps your departments to the channels you choose.

  3. 03
    Live sync.

Changes at the register flow to your online listings continuously, so a shopper never drives to an empty shelf.

What a PetStack store gets

Near-me, in-stock visibility.

When someone searches a product you stock plus "near me", your store appears with "in stock" — the signal the chains already show.

Store-branded product pages.

Every item gets a page under your store name, not a marketplace's.

Google retailer insights.

Which products people search for in your area and whether you carry them.

Order-ready pickup and delivery.

The same inventory feed powers the checkout channels Zachcart enables, so an order is placed against live counts, not a copy of last week's menu.

Pet retail: what decides the integration

Pet retail is fragmented. eTailPet (500+ stores across the US and Canada, at most about 3% of pet stores) is the only pet POS on Google's free Local Inventory list; Celerant is endorsed by IndiePet, Pinogy runs Phillips Pet e-invoicing, and PetStack, Franpos, Rundoo and generalist systems take the rest. Supplier programs, not consumer channels, drive integrations here: Astro Loyalty's 13-POS list is the de facto standard a pet POS has to be on. No pet POS has a confirmed native DoorDash, Uber Eats or Instacart connector, which makes pet one of the clearest gaps Zachcart closes: the big chains show in-stock online and the independent does not.

What we touch, and what we don't

  • ✓We read items, counts and prices.
  • ✓We leave pricing logic, loyalty, supplier programs and counter workflow exactly as they are.
  • ✓Your reseller or vendor does not need to be involved, though we will work with them if you prefer.

PetStack questions, straight answers

No. PetStack is a cloud system; the connection runs through the vendor's interface, so nothing is installed in the store and your vendor does not need to be involved.
